Upvoted because your opinion was not trolling and should not be buried. Anyway, the fact is that you can obtain all of the essential amino acids, the proteins your body cannot manufacture, from plants. The key is to choose foods with complementary proteins. For instance, rice and beans served together provide all of the essential amino acids.

actually i’m quite amazed that you can eat just that 5-6 times a day and not get super skinny/bony!
