and your page says 7 days for free and i’ts not true used that page and they said if you want to pay with credit card or debit card. and you said it was free fore 7 days your such a lyer

There is no charge for 7 days. You get 7 days for free when you sign up for your membership. If you don’t think it is worth it, you can cancel within 7 days w/ no charge. No lying here… :-)

all those things r pointless, the real question is do you have the WILL to get in shape? if you have the will then 2 words: HELL WEEK. i bet you’ll lose all the weight you would want to & then some… plus you’ll get in shape in a hurry :P

I am a runner but I watch these videos for knowledge. Doug isn’t bullshit, I did a training program similar to his and I went from being 130 pounds to 140 pounds and went from a 17:30 5k to a sub 16:00. Consistency is key. Without consistancy, you are not gaining, just staying in shape.

Hey love your music! you are right a healthy diet is a key element in becoming fit and shaping good. I eat lots and lots of tuna! about 3 times a day! and enough fruit and veg to feed a horse! gets boring after a while and your desperate to eat a big mac, however…….they make you fart! lol

This guy is full of shit! 12 weeks my arse! I’ve been training now for a year and just starting to take shape. I train 3 times per week and work hard, Its going to be another year before I look really good. The thing is its not about looking good after a couple of months performing regular exercise you feel great, really good. Its that that makes you continue. 12 weeks my arse!

thats nothing I did better shape without steroids in 12 weeks, you need to know somethings…
Sometimes it takes ages, sometimes weeks.
Everyone is different there is no secret diet there is no secret training you have to find your way to do it.

Hi Matrixio,

Keep the faith!!! It’s just a matter of doing the correct things. I’ve studied hard to know what I know… lots of education and experience. THERE ARE SECRETS!!!

Not only did I this in 12 weeks, but I only worked out for one hour at a time, 3 or 4 days a week. I only worked my abs 8 times over a 3 month period… once a week for the last 8 weeks, 3 or 4 minutes per workout. That’s it!!

You might want to read my book. I highly recommend it. :-)

dude you kidding me 12 weeks, ive been working out for a month and a half straight, every day, taking supplements and im slowly gaining weight, my arms only went up one inch, im still working my chest, like im doing everything, and only gained like 13 points, and i have a strict diet, just eating good chicken, vegetables, and the whole thing you name it… and i dont look like that. not even remotely…. fuck man clearly steroids.

Guys, this does not mean he has gotten significantly stronger, only that his body fat has decreased dramatically so he is really fit. Just remember, slimming down and building muscle is not the same thing, you usually need to add some pounds to build muscle. As the title says, this video is for weight loss, Scooby’s videos (on youtube) are more towards building a strong body. If you want to look good (if you’re overweight), I advise you to slim down first and then go for a muscle program.
