really simple recipe for a morning shake or after workout shake.. 1 banana, 1 squeeze of honey and 1 cup vanilla almond milk. or regular almond milk. but i like the added sweetness of the vanilla. love having that in the morning!

just letting you know, tuna isn’t actually that good for you, because of the high levels of heavy metals. Also, it’s better to have raw honey, as it’s got more good enzymes, plus it’s got a lower GI… Great recipe though

you can still eat 6 times a day. have a big breakfast, then an ORGANIC FOOD BAR, then a small healthy lunch, then a Protein shake, then a small dinner, then another low carb shake b4 bed
