the calories don’t really matter that much - just eat less. what matters is that low fat if always pumped with carbs/sugars. and there is too much processing involved.

I use Quinoa instead of bulgar.. and it’s very tasty!!! But bewarned some people don’t like quinoa because it doesn’t as much a taste as rice or bulgar I guess..

then again scientists or studies arent really accurate there are some things that cant be explained and for her this meal worked perfectly so idk I would trust her right now more than some studies done on the digestive system
