Biking is so much fun. I especially like the relaxed feeling you get after a good short but at least somewhat tough bike ride.

I love to read reviews on Youtube & Sephora.com for picking out the good makeup (anything with 4+ stars)! So far I’ve been loving Make Up For Ever Matte+Velvet foundation for the winter & laura mercier mineral powder for the summer. Make Up For Ever HD foundation is also great for photos. I also use a primer underneath all of these to keep it looking non-oily and smooth. Good luck!

thank you for the example on “how you eat”. for awhile i was wondering what to ate to get the ‘body needs’ for your 15 minutes workouts, which by the way are Golden for girls and guys. the boyfriend’s comment on make-up “These look all the same” -classic, i say the same thing to my girl.

This was a fun video. As for the makeup, just go do the free makeovers at the makeup counters in department stores. You can pick a brand you’re interested in and have your makeup done by someone at the counter. Or, you can just ask them to help you pick a shade if you don’t want them to do your whole face. Most good places have really good return policies too. Like, they will let you return even opened makeup if isn’t the right shade, so you can buy two colors & return one.
