you need classical mentos because it will just not work with some fruit mentos…and btw. you can do the even cheaper thing like using a water, soda and salt. first you put some soda in water, then you mix those two things, add some salt and enjoy. the fact is that salt releases CO2 a lot faster than mentos…

No take the first layer off of he mentos and you will see a silver layer and you can throw that in there….really fast…and shake it up. =) it will work…
