She’s on the China Study diet. Fruits and vegetables and no dairy or animal protein. Whole foods.

Oh no wonder! I tried this today in our office in the PT dept.; but I started falling off the ball. lol. I guess the ball was too small. Ok better luck tomorrow.

I tried this today after my workout and it was really good! I thought I wouldn’t be able to hold the plank and do the leg tucks on the ball but I could do them at least for a little! I really felt my core at work, which is great. Thanks for the exercise!
