I gained a lot of weight last year. I think it was because I started drinking 2 litres of soda a day - I needed quick energy. I was so addicted to sugar, I had to gradually start diluting it in water until I could switch to water all together. I wish my will power was better, but it worked. Time to get fit again!

Great info about the rice cakes! I just purchased some at the store but now I don’t know if I want them! I’m on my last 10 lbs… kicking the sugar..
Q:
I’m addicted to sugar so I’m taking baby steps and getting off if it (doing good!). So my Q is what about honey? I made cookies for my “relax day”
I replaced the milk, white sugar and butter in this simple recipe:
3 c organic oats
1 1/2 c organic local honey
3/4 c organic peanut butter
1/2 cup oranic olive oil
1/2 organic almond milk

uhh honestly no because 1 hour a day isnt very much and you would probably do more then just walking such as swimming running walking jump roping and other various cardio’s

yeah of course you could multinayi, but as you get lighter it’ll get a bit harder to lose weight but keep at it and you’ll get to your goal, good luck….. weight loss takes time and be patient
