Good too see some upper body exercises too. You seem to do more legs videos than arms.
You should do one with chin-ups. A lot of women (and even men) think they can’t ever do them, but they can with a little practice.

Hi sarah,gr8 videoo,thanks, i need to work on my triceps!!, hey ive just got a question ,nothin to do with this video tho, i constantly hear about the no carbs after 6/3pm rule,what do u think is better??because im not a big fan of eatin tuna or any kinda of protein at nite, so i prefer to have a smothie or sth like that, just wanna make sure im doin things the rite way,thanks have a lovely day xx
