As i was watching this i thought, “I should start eating more healthy foods.” Ten minutes later, I’m eating peppermint ice cream.

but like you say theres a spike some times i notice that specialy with my “abs” part i feel like a baloom some times after dinner thats anoying when u get in the gymn and come home u eat the dinner and BOoOM got the BaloooM! x))lol anyway with breakfast and stuff lunch etc.i can eat what i can an i dont eat bread, juice, etc..the point is.. even if i eat less or not every part of the food she make to me i’ll be ruining all my work at the gymn because of that? guess many ppl my age got this prob

thats a nice video dude..keep posting.
so theres my point…when you’re student living with your parents, at least with me, many times i say “mom buy this …buy that..thats good for me to help me get heigh loss…” prob is many times se say me “i’ll not change my “food” because u want lose like 5kg or something. Well i understand that but as u can see thats hard run away from some shity kind of aliments because at least dinner and stuff i have to eat what she make! i try to eat less

Thank you so much Eric! I can’t wait to try out your advice and look forward to any other videos you might do on this topic. Speaking as a person with numerous health problems that I’m recently finding very difficult to live with (these are all as a result of side effects from my immuno-surpressants medication for a past transplant….and stress probably, i admit!), I find this extremely helpful and kind of you, as i’m sure many other people will. :D

Thank you for addressing the meat issues in America, not many people talk about that when speaking on a healthy diet, and its so important to have ‘quality’ food. I wish the world would stop messing with our food! It makes it so hard, the only way around it seems to be to do it all yourself like the days of old.

I consume a lot of brown rice, which is according to common knowledge, also very good for skin and weight loss…..but how about apples, bananas, granat apples etc.?
