It’s normal to lose some hair every day. If you are losing more than around 100 hairs a day, or noticing large clumps in the tub after shampooing, please see your doctor. The best thing you can do to grow hair is to eat a well balanced healthy diet rich in vegetables and protein and other vitamins, and make sure you get enough sleep.

Hi, it’s always helpful to find something that motivates you. Sometimes what works is buying a new pair of jeans in a smaller size and then setting your goal to workout to fit into them. You’ll be excited for your new jeans and you won’t want to have bought them for nothing, so it will help to remind you to stay on track :o)

Hi, you are quite active and I’m glad you love what you are doing. As long as you have some down time and enough time for your homework and friends, then hopefully you can manage things. If you feel that you have too much on your plate, speak to your mom about perhaps doing a bit less and choose only the things you really really love and are most important.

I am very stressful because I do lots of activities but I LOVE them all and thats complicated but I do whatever to do them all:
I sing in lots of presentations so I have to practice
I act in plays
I am the goalkeeper im the school hockey team
I play basketball
I walk my dog cuz hes got kind of chubby…
I dont know what to do!
