Pork Rinds (fried pork skin) is also a great replacement for potato chips and even bread crumbs. Crush them up and use for breading chicken or as a filler for meat loaf.

No if you eat less your body doesnt get enough fuel to cope. You should eat 5-6 small meals in a day with excercise. If you eat as little as possible, whenever you have something bad to eat your body doesnt use as energy but as fat.

Great video - I liked the cauliflower ideas. Any idea what I can use to replace cornflour (for thickening gravy). I love my Sunday roast (minus potatoes and Yorkshire puds). But without cornflour the gravy is just flavoured water. Any ideas? Cheers!
