@Thegirlnextdoor42 ofcourse you can get rid of it, I had a lot of cellulite. I used to smoke and quited, used to take the pill and change the method too.If this is also your case, you should do both as I did and also drink at least two liters of water a day.You only have to do a bit of exercise, and I am not talking about hours in a gym, only a walk for an hour a day or being a little more active as you usually are.Massage the area to help the circulation dragging the cellutite away

I seriously pull my butt muscle every time I do those curtsy lunges. Any good stretching tips?

@Yesenia0710 Sorry, but you can’t get rid of cellulite. You can prevent it though.

when you say six other excersizes, are you couting the sumo jump sqauts as one excersize and the curtsey/side lunges as one excercize or the whole video as one excersize? im sorry if that didn’t make sense, also how often would you recomend strength training, i’ve been doing every other day, is that too little, too much, just fine? thanks!

@hilli713 I’m not sure about targeting thighs and glutes specifically, but I know that it definitely helps give your core a better workout and also tones up your body more. It’s great for weight loss. Do intervals of really fast, fast, moderate pace for about 12-20 minutes depending on your fitness level and what you prefer. See how you like it! :)

Great video, Sarah and diethealth! I must say that I’ve missed the videos. Please make more more often! They are so great.

@hilli713 I don’t know if this will be true for you but I found that my experience with running was that if I run at a high incline, I got really bulky thighs pretty quickly. So now I just don’t set the incline at all (so it stays at 0) and I just ramp up the speed for intervals.
