im 14, im a muscular kid, i play highschool football, but ever since i was about 9, i started to get chubby, and im not obese, but i have a feeling i would have a nice body, without some of the fat. Any idea of teenage diets? I just want to lose 30 pounds, and dont care about gaining muscle until later, please response back.
