Lol….yeah veggies definitely make you gassy. When upping your intake of greens try taking a digestive enzyme supplement like Bean-O.

Beans are mexican. Mediterranean is more about pasta, fresh veggies, fish…

Co-signed. After eating vegetarian for a week, I always end up farting copiously and usually come dangerously close to shitting my pants.

as a lebanese girl, I know how to make hummus and I ate it growing up, as a kid if I took say hummus and bread to school or tubuli, kids thoughtit was wierd and foreign, but know Im in grade 11 and I take leb food to school all the time, and its very rare that the kids in my class haven’t seen it or tried it before.

definitely a better change :)

I’m Egyptian too. My mom makes Hummus at home, and I love using it as a dip. In fact, everyone in my family makes it at home ALL THE TIME. Now, my friends are all obsessed with hummus, and I just sit there and tell them “this is totally old news for me guys. When I was a baby, I practically drank hummus from my bottle” lol. I love my Mediterranean food! It’s definitely one of my favorite things about going to Egypt!

I love tzatziki and hummus and have enjoyed them as a snack and condiment for many years. I’m getting increasingly disappointed with the commercial varieties and have started making my own when I can find the time - relatively easy, much cheaper and fresher too.
Keep up the good work!

Okay first of all… my girlfriend just whipped out some hummus from the fridge like 2 days ago and i had no idea what it was i tried it and it was good ima start buying it. AND 2ND of all you CAN lose wieght without exercising you just have to eat less calories than your RMR resting metabolic rate which is your wieght multiplied by 10 then your lifestyle factor.. ugh i dont feel like going into it.
