Total macronutrients consumed throughout the day is FAR more important then situational consumption. Any decent pre-workout meal will keep the insulin levels high enough to not need a post workout meal/shake.

I totally thought that the blender thing was gonna spew outa the cup!!! neat little tool.

It’s always funny adjusting the amounts for my cal intake, cause I consume about 400cal immediately post workout, then 1k more about 40 mins later(the time it takes to get home,shower, and make the food).

Post workout and and your 2nd morning meal should be the biggest IMHO.

PWO shake: frozen mixed berries+protein powder+water+superfood
