Thanks. I know someone who went raw vegan. She lost a lot of weight, but she did NOT look healthy in her “after” photo. Dieting is not just about losing weight, but regaining health and fitness.
Nuts are not a complete protein, though they are getting so many grains that they are probably getting the minimum 50g a day to prevent deficiency.
I don’t do well on a high-carb diet. I get hungry and my blood sugar is all over the place. My body type also stores carbs as body fat way too easily.
