well, apparently it is working for you because you have a perfect body. Very fit, great job. Now if we can only get the other people to get healthy. A lot of fat, over weight people in the wold. :)

i have some eating advice eat what you want wen ever you want then do a tonne of exercise to burn it of, and as long as you exercise loads it does not matter what you eat

Very good calorie control is displayed here, though I wonder if the protein content is more limited than it should be. I’m REALLY impressed that you gave up tobacco; it’s one of the hardest addictive behaviors to break. Coffee, as I read it, has both benefits and detriments regarding health, so it’s a mixed bag.

have 15 to 30 grams of protein before bed. a small can of tuna or a protein shake will do the trick.

I definitely appreciate your honesty in sharing what you eat. There are times I’ll see someone & think how good they look & wish I knew what they ate to be the size they are. You look fantastic & it’s inspiring to see someone who has a plan that really works for them.

The best superfoods are found in your garden or back yard, not in an expensive bottle sold by a clever salesman :) Chocolate is highly toxic to the body, I know because I’ve had raw cacao and after being high for a few minutes I’d crash with a headache. It’s happened to lots of people.

well, she said she has fruit twice a day in there, the bananas, and then she said she has an apple or some grapes in her second meal. Protein and meat as you say, are the more or less thesame thing, and she has protein with breakfast, in the form of peanut butter, and she has quite a bit more with that bowl of nuts that she eats as well. And thats not including the occasional fish that she has with dinner either. :)
