My “Diet” Tips (Re-do)

www.twitter.com/mszjackiechu mszjackiechu.blogspot.com So Ive been meaning to do this for awhile, but Ive decided to redo my diet video. Mainly because of how popular it was, and also because I felt that I had left out some important things before and a lot of people ignore annotations and the side notes. I wrote down everything I wanted to say on paper, but i still forgot a few things so I threw in annotations anyway in summary: BE ACTIVE eat smart eat when youre hungry, stop when youre full drink water and get lots of rest I hope this helps some of you so just remember, be smart about it. Its not rocket science if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me =] i promise ill get back to you. health is something i feel very strongly about, and ill try and help you in anyway i can

you know, i never eat breakfast, because if i do.. by lunch i am starving haha.. i dont no why.. its wierd.. i agree with not weighing urself… and agree with view on muscles.. a bit of definition is alotbettr than a straight up and down figure :)
