Love the varying difficulties so that everyone can do this move!

this is such an intuitive exercise because I was doing a set of push-ups just last week in the gym but right after I would roll my body and lift my arm like she is but more of a stretching motion and I really didn’t know why. who knew it had an alternate function
and she always smiles it’s encouraging to me

what’s up with the creepy smiling while you were doing the exercises?

can we just do version 4 or we have to build from 1-4 each time we do this?

@SarahsFabChannel
Huh… I’ll have to try that smiling technique the next time I’m doing a bench press or something. I’ll have this big grin stretched across my face while precariously balancing a ton of weight above my neck and chest ![]()
Anyways, these exercises look pretty cool. They look like something you could possibly incorporate into an “eight count body build” (or whatever you call them).

This is what I do at the gym as well. I include dumbbells though, because I need that extra challenge. These are great! There fun

Way to crank through those pushups in one take, Sarah! You rock. Have you checked lately how many you can do in one minute?
May 18, 2010
I thought you had to keep your hips down on plank meaning keeping your butt out of the air!

@fabz16 get some DVD programs. It’s like having a trainer but not directly. I’ve used those programs for years and never had problems being motivated.. work out every day with RevAbs, Zumba, and Chalene Johnson.

how the hell do you keep smiling during these excercises? I, myself, would be cursing at him
