weird i dont even have the link, i know you can download them other ways for free, it just always confuses me because the desciption box says you can download the video but there is no link on my page. Maybe it is beacuse i am in England though

there is a download link not a button.. it says it cost .75 cents… not worth it but if you want it’s an option i guess. there are other programs that you can download or get videos from online.

yea, i always get plain yogurt because the sugar in vanilla is a killer but vanilla tastes so good i admit. still i feel healthier eating just plain.

I like banana chocolate whey
shakes for my post workout shake:]
and for lunch i love berries & yogurt with sprinkle of crushed almonds and granola.
I just tried plain yogurt today for the frist time cause i usally get vanilla, but its actully pretty good, tangy-but still yummy:]

Wellllllllllll, i think i gonna eat my proteins with normal food, it’s not really necessary to eat extra proteins. In the end of the week (and after long workouts) i look, that i took enough of it, but not at every meal. And not any Proteins i have to buy.
Healthy food is ok, but she exaggerates it ,in my point of view.

i wonder what kind of texture the yogurt adds. will def try it. i usually just do fruit, ice, milk, and the powder.
frozen peaches are a fav w vanilla btw.
