@DaftBrian Well, I feel like you know what eating clean is… many people do not and like a diet program to follow precisely, if you want more “clean ideas” and recipes, it’s a great idea but I would say you would enjoy it but not sure if it would be anything “new” - I just had yet to discover a diet book that I agree with pretty much everything in it.

Is this book good for someone like me who is already taking in about 200grams a day of whey protein and intensive workouts?

@jackiejimenez1984 I LOVE Jillian. If I could listen to her talk on the radio all day, I would. I’m that big of a loser. She has some great archived podcasts on itunes if you like that sort of thing. When I’m not in the mood to exercise, I listen to them while I walk.

I have some of Jilliam Michael’s books and she is so motivational, I really like them, she’s tough, but also sympathetic.

@Kelseyclairtodd haha I’m that big a basketball fan, I promise. I’m just a big hometown supporter and it makes living in the city more fun to be a part of!

@SarahsFabChannel It’s good, I don’t think I will buy the recharged, just because I have gottten the principles down, and I’m don’t have kids or men to worry about! I like the book, and it makes sense scientifically. And it has made a huge difference, eating clean and working out, I’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks!!!
