@stegorn6034 Don’t play like such a hurt victim. I’m quite happy, just immensely annoyed by quick fix diets that avoid the fundamentals of weight loss at all costs. I’ll voice that opinion because the weight problem in the US embarasses, and reflects poorly on, me as a citizen.

@AirmanAJK Again, you need worry about what goes into AirmanAJK’s mouth and not what goes into other ppl’s mouths. U make sure your eating healthy and exercising everyday. I know its hard to do cause Im sure your miserable so you target the ones you think are weak!!!! Keep eating your wheat grass and bean sprouts and keep your mouth out of other people’s asses!!! : )

@stegorn6034 That’s the best part! I’m not a diet guru. Do you think every one who exhibits portion control and engages in routine exercise is automatically some kind of fanatic? I’m supposed to be the “norm,” not the exception, in this fatass country of excess.

@stegorn6034 Working out and eating healthy is the only guaranteed way to lose weight and keep it off. It fails no one who does it correctly. If you or anyone else isn’t willing to sacrifice grease and chocolate and a half hour a day off of the television to get out and burn a few hundred calories, then you don’t deserve to be thin and healthy. Enjoy your ice cream cake.

Which one of you guys has a medical degree? Im sure no one who is commenting in a negative way has one. If you don’t want to do this then don’t discourage others from doing it. You say “Work Out” and “Eat Healthy” but everything dont work for everybody. What if you have 150lbs to lose. How freakin long do you think that will take if you have to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week, That individual would be discouraged and probably gain more weight before they can lose it.

Lol we could play it the other way, how can we gain on this diet… Open wide, FILL your mouth with the biggest spoonful you can of peanut butter. Repeat x10. I wonder how that would feel on the root of your mouth? x) its not healthy but it’s a good idea for people who are already not dieting healthy and go through cycles of starving (too restrictive, have to actively limit foods or calories) and binging … repeat repeat, and they only gain weight and stay unhealthy … :|

This diet is manageable if you eat 10 bites per meal, 3 times a day. (5 bites for only 2 times a day is impossible to keep up after weight loss) No seconds. Eat as many veggies as you want. Use nuts, raisins and almonds as snacks. You must exercise.

I prefer the diet that is cut whatever you usually eat in 1/2’s or 3/4’s. And exercise.

This is bad. The 5-Bite Diet is basically starvation. You’re not getting the vitamins, protein, and carbs for energy that is needed throughout the day.

The purpose is to lose dramatic amounts of weight in the BEGINNING because when people see results right away they are motivated to keep going. It doesn’t have to be 5 bites a day, he says it can be 12 or however many. The point is to get into the habit of portion control, if you can CONTROL how much you eat each day for 2 straight weeks then when you go back to eating normally it will be easier to control your intake. It’s just a way to jump start your weight loss plan.

Seriously, the only way this diet would ever work for me is if I took major amounts of appetite suppressents! I don’t care what this Quack says, this diet is UNHEALTHY!

he didnt specify mothers milk,my uncle was fed formula only and hes friggin really healthy and super intelligent,we all agree breast milk is better ,but formula is just as well,i think that what hes getting at..

actually if you look at the nutritional value of cows milk vs human milk, the difference is very small, infact in most cows milk provides a greater amount of the vitamins and minerals. i thought the same thing, but when i looked it up the difference was minimal.
