funny
Actually that bun is the most toxic ingredient - so I would prefer no-bun sandwich!
But you can clearly see that “meat” is covered with flour anyway, so there is still a bun in that product, only hidden

Holy crap … this must come straight out of a Simpson’s episode.

@PairoftheSocks if we’re not supposed to eat animals then why are they made of food? just kidding, I’m a veggie.

that is one fkn artery-cloggin’, diverticulitis-inducing, satan-satisfying bloodbath of a sandwich.

@pabyizzy Wrong, because carbohydrates are far worse for your heart than any fat known to exist! Studies show that diets low in carbohydrates and high in fats lower bad cholesterol. Humans all comonly evolved from hunter gatherer ancestors, which means we used carbs rarely only on opportunity. This means are bodies store carbs every chance it gets.

@PairoftheSocks i know of people that are quite thin that are at high risk for heart attacks from clogged arteries because of cholesterol, which doesn’t always have something to do with weight. This is due to a poor diet and lots of fried food, i.e. the double down. So in fact, it is way worse than a burger with buns

I wonder how the Asian populations that have KFCs will like this? My guess is it will be a meow mix sandwich.
I think John Pinette got it right when he said eating KFC is the dietary equivalent to eating crack! And this is coming from someone who could stand to lose a couple hundred pounds. We definitely have too many keyboard commandos around the Net.

@ranchy888 Because your government wants to control your life. Not you controling your life, even though you live with it everyday.

@flaskofcoffee Very counterintuitive. Its interesting because its true that ultimately all calories are the same “energy wise”, but where the calories come from determines whether the calories will be stored as fat or burned. Which is why insulin resistance is so bad for you. Its where you intake so many carbs your body is poisoned with insulin. But once you reintroduce more carbs you have to continue to exercise or else you will just gain it all back. The biggest problem imo.

@foreshadow20 Also, I run every other day, so i’m not a coucher either.
April 27, 2010
@netmasta10bt Yes it is probably even healthier, but the fried double down item only has 11g carbs total, so its still not that bad for you.

@foreshadow20
I wonder how thats possible when my blood pressure has improved and I no longer have heart palps every day. Good luck proving that to plains natives who lived healthy lives before breads and sugars were introduced into their diet!

Its a disgusting way to present food. What kind of beast do you have to be, to hold hot meat inbeteen your hand and have that greasy shit running down your chin?, Only to take your other hand ,and smear the greasy shit off your face onto the back of your hand, Breathing all heavy ,crosseyed with shit stuck to your lips. What a travesty.

I want to know when these puppies are going to be available in Canada!!!
April 27, 2010
Hey that might work, if the chickens were of the free range variety. And if you need the bread, try selling them with Ezekiel sprouted grain…

Carbohydrates are long term energy (12h), required for physical activities. Its the easiest kind of “fat” that you can burn. People doing carbohydrates diets, are those couch potatoes that don’t do any physical activity what so ever.
PairoftheSocks: Continue eating like you do, lose weight, possible. Heart attack before 50, most-likely.
April 27, 2010
Funny video Don.
At least it’s not another Jim Cramer slam-fest.
