This is stupid. Just eat whole foods, maintain a varied diet, stay away from what makes you fat and makes you feel bad, and you’re fine. I hate diets that are “high” anything. “High Antioxidant” my ass. I hate dieticians. Too much of anything is bad. This lady sucks.
