Dr. Atkins did NOT advocate cutting out all vegetables, or even eating no carbs. That’s a total misconception. Please do your research before posting silly lies about Dr. Atkins.

God bless Dr. Atkins. I lost 65 lbs. on Atkins before stalling out and switching diets. But I still keep my protein high and watch my carbs.
