What about Oatmeal? I tend to just grab 3 handfuls to cook, I have no idea what the servings are, but 3 handfuls are what fills me up nice for the morning.

That’s going to be hard because first of all I LOVE cereal! and second, one cup size of cereal isn’t satisfying in the least.

Hey Sarah, I can’t eat any type of break products, so could you do a video on something healthy that I would be able to eat?

Sometimes the recommended serving size is unrealistic (eg. who is only going to eat 30g?!)

I’ve never measured anything besides in cooking. I find it weird that so many people do. I guess if you want to lose weight, you kind of have to. But otherwise, I can’t imagine doing that every day for every meal.

My breakfast ends up being the only meal I really measure. It’s just a lot easier to measure cereal, oatmeal, etc, than other foods like salads, etc

I am asian and a big fan of rice, could you do a video on rice? I always get confused between cooked and uncooked serving sizes!

It’s been months since I last ate a bowl of cereal. Trying to stick to the fruits and vegetables. I don’t think cereal is part of the China Study way to good health. Then of course if it was what would I add to wash it down with? Water?! Dairy products are also off the list. lol

I didn”t always measure everything, but I have actually started to measure my foods more. I try to use references like the size of a deck of cards for meat and so on…

I like to buy everything I can already in packaged portions. It’s expensive that way but much easier on the waistline. Jif peanut butter comes in tiny little serving containers but each one has FOUR HUNDRED freakin’ calories! I stopped eating it but keep it in the pantry for hubby.
