I agree. Chlorella is supposed to be really good. Also, so is Kelp (v. alkalizing).

And, soybeans can be pretty unhealthy, even though the video says to eat it as much as you want.

Pretty interesting but from the research I have done in the 10 from watching this video, every single site contradicts each other over the same food types!

Dr. Sebi is the only doctor on the planet that calls wheatgrass a poison along with most all other vegetables. Wheatgrass has been known to do maraculous things to people’s health. the molecular structure of chlorophyll is almost identical to our own red blood cells. look up Dr. Brian Clement and the hippocrates health institute. he has actual first hand experience with thousands of patients suffering from disease. plus, he is 60 and looks like he is 40! he must be doing something right.

That’s right, our bodies turn some natural acids alkaline.

the only problem i have with the clue about earth being 70% water and 30% mass. is that most of that water isn’t fresh water. Fresh water only makes up 4% of that 70% so how do yo explain that???

In opinion of doctor John Christopher It leeches only inorganic minerals like inorganic calcium which you take as your supplement and think you’re doing just fine, when it sits on your joints and makes arthretism and so on. Rain water is pretty much distilled and animals drink from puddles, it can’t be bad

I’ve read that lemons become alkaline once they are assimilated into the body and it’s an interesting concept…but I’ve felt the acidity of tomatoes, lol :P

this is physiologically impossible. In our bodies distilled water cleans out our impurities and replenishes the essential nutrient required for human life. Our cells use the organic minerals for body growth and maintenance; however, the impurities that the body cannot make us of are flushed out with distilled water. Distilled water flushes out all the inorganic minerals and pollutants which would otherwise be retained in the body and accumulate in vital organs

Actually, it’s very simple. Just have one or two servings of this green food power I found at Whole Foods Store. Do a google search for Amazing Grass Green Superfood.

You’re absolutely right. The only times you would want to drink distilled water is when you are fasting or cleansing. Otherwise, you would any simple filtered water. I prefer Poland Spring because they make a good tasting distilled and filtered water. Be sure to read the labels though before you buy bottled water. If it says ‘distilled’ you only need it when fasting or cleansing. Otherwise, look for simple filtered water.
