Actually, if you’re up late you should eat. The body is supposed to eat every 3-4 hours. They don’t have to be huge meals, but food shoul be ingested every 3-4 hours. If you keep your body constantly eating every 3-4 hours with exercise your body naturally keeps its metabolism high. Just a little something I gleaned from my human physiology class…
