It is totally a great video, i also tried the free ebooks and products that i got from:

I lost 15 Lbs in just 15 days , even i did not do any exercise at all, im more than happy as i did not gain the weight back.

Just because someone may be skinny or slim, it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t excersise. As you get older, excersising has to be a part of your life otherwise, weight gain is inevitable.
