Welcome back!

www.therenegadehealthshow.com - After yesterday’s episode, I realized I hit quite a chord… Today, I’m going to clarify some of the comments posted as well as explain a little further where we can get salts into our diet without adding overt sea salt, Celtic salt, Himalayan salt, etc. to everything. Plus, we also have a special announcement for you… Take a look…

Yeah! Salt is a hot topic! Thanks for clearing things up!
I liked the best alternative city to live in? Is that what it was called?
Are you pregnant? Congratulations!

Great to know Kevin! Thanks so much, I had a number of questions about salt and you’ve helped me with them.

P.S. Funny edit at the end of your video…..looks like you have 3 heads

You 2 rock!

Thank you Kevin & Annmarie for your shows! I’m sorry that posts got ugly - people can be hurtful.

I really enjoyed your show from The Tree of Life and showing all their sprouts. It’s hard to single out 1 favorite show!

I look forward to your shows and I appreciate how much hard work goes into them. Thank you for sharing this information with us!

Enjoy being HOME!

I really enjoy all the videos that you and Annemarie make, I think they are very Informational and in areas that I don’t really know about as being a new raw vegan myself.Your videos are very helpful to me. I was wondering what your Thanks Giving Menu will consist of… I am kind of clueless on what I will be making.

My sister went vegan 6 months ago. She’s living on potatoes and soy products. Can u make a video of all that she is missing? Thanks.

Dulse Flakes can replace salt in most recipes. I love it. You should try it.

I love everything you two talk about and share with us, I love learning more with you, I think my favorite would have to be the mineral light bulb test, that was amazing!! I tend to learn more from what I can see, than read. We are all students and are continuing to learn, we must lead by example!

I have to disagree because adding salt is necessary for fermenting kimchi or saurkraut, which can be raw foods too. Though sometimes I’m sure I do add too much salt, my wife lets me know if I’m too salty during oral.. um .. fun.

Yep, what ever you do NEVER drink sea water! My new shelter dog drank quite a bit last summer and later had it come out the other end like a fire hose! Not good.

I agree with you on the salt…I rarely use even sea salt on my food anymore…my body reacts poorly to it. Thanks for the confirmation!

Haven’t we been extracting salt for only a couple thousand years or so anyways? I don’t know where you would have found “salt” as we know it in nature millions of years ago.
