This is a GREAT workout and most definitely gets you started good. The only thing I see wrong with it is that it doesn’t really go too into detail about how to define your muscles more. Also, I wish it was more in depth about which muscles your working out with each stretchercise you do. But great video. =]

OMG the most boring workout I have ever done! This man is boring! Needs someone more exciting and needs better music. No thanks, I will go back to doing my Tae Bo.

I’ve been doing this every other day for almost a year now - in between days, I walk 30 minutes. I’ve lost 40 pounds, but mostly, I feel soooo much better. This is a reasonable workout for those who are either very overweight or not-so-fit. It’s also great for those of us who know we simply won’t spend an hour a day on exercise.

I have this video at home and do it twice a week. Great that it is online so that when I’m away from home, I can come on here and get the same workout.
