awesome!! i’ve just started working out and I’m nowhere near capable of completing these exercises, but I will make it my goal to be fit enough to do a circuit like this with relative ease :)

A note to you all: NEVER lock your elbows when doing push-ups. This video, like hundreds of others on YouTube do the push-up form wrong.

great workout Sarah but can i give you a tip so you can save your knees for the future…
When doing the squats… when you come up don’t completely lock your knees, keep them bent, this will reduce tension on your knees and keep it on your core and legs the whole time, making it harder and this burning more calories… But thanks again for another splendid video
