Katrine may be a fitness expert but she knows nothing about nutrition. A muffin with microwaved egg whites and cheese.
She is ignorant of the fact that microwaving food changes the molecular structure of the food and kills all the enzymes which your body requires.
Stick to fitness and leave nutrition to someone who knws what they’re talking about.

skip breakfast…..run…do crunches…(1 hour.)
then make some tea…
noon: boil water make rice noodles,drink protein shake. do pushups…3 x 50..and more crunches.
dinner: chicken breast,salad,protein shake.
repeat till that fat is GONE. 4 times a week or more. on weekends…do sprints up hill.

most are fat and dumb because they are iodine deficent… making them hypotyroidic.
Take iodine … more than the fake RDA levels… and you will lose weight easier

This is awesome. I would like some ideas for lunches. I work full time and sometimes and I find it hard to create interesting heaalthy lunches. I usually just have a cheese sandwich. I’d like something quick and easy to prepare in the morning or the day before. Preferably cold.

You guys seem really nice, but I think in some situations your to hardcore. Im on my highschool swim team and play competitive soccer. I might take a vitamin in the morning but other then I really dont care what I eat or do. Im at a perfectly fine weight and dont see the sense in everything your saying … like microwaving egg whites. Other then living a few years longer when it won’t matter to me, is there a purpose im not aware of for why you do these things?
